Stop future renewal

Sign in with your membership email and open My account. Open your paid subscription and choose the cancellation option, then complete the confirmation. Check that your account shows renewal has been cancelled and an access end date. If you cannot find the option or sign in, email hello@sinochapter.com before renewal and ask us to cancel it.

Cancellation stops future renewals. You normally keep paid access until your current monthly or annual period ends. Annual membership is billed yearly, not in monthly instalments. Unsubscribing from a newsletter does not cancel a paid subscription.

First subscription: 14-day refund

You may request a refund of your first paid subscription within 14 calendar days after purchase, whether you chose monthly or annual billing. Email hello@sinochapter.com from your membership email with the subject “Subscription refund”, your purchase date and plan. You do not need to give a reason.

We refund that subscription payment to the original payment method and cancel its renewal. Paid access ends when the refund is processed. We will process an eligible first-payment refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your request; your bank may take additional time to post it.

Renewal payments and other problems

Renewal refund requests are reviewed individually. Please contact us promptly if a renewal was unexpected, you could not cancel, or there was a duplicate or incorrect charge. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund a completed payment.

This voluntary first-payment policy is additional to your statutory rights. Any mandatory cooling-off, withdrawal, refund or service-quality rights that apply in your country continue to apply, including where they provide greater protection. We do not require you to waive these rights to begin reading.

Close your account or change emails

To request account deletion or correct account information, contact hello@sinochapter.com. Tell us if you also want a paid subscription cancelled; deletion and cancellation are separate processes. We may verify account ownership and retain legally required transaction records as explained in the Privacy Policy.

To stop optional newsletters, use the unsubscribe link or account email preferences. Essential sign-in and billing messages may still be necessary while your account or subscription remains active.
